Best MK win 5 awards
July 2009: We were absolutely delighted to win 5 awards at the recent learndirect Achievement Awards.
The awards recognise the achievements in the South East region of people learning with learndirect, and the people and centres supporting them
Learner Concetta Migliore won the Progression Award, which recognises learners who have progressed personally or professionally after completing a learndirect course.
Learner Phil Pedder was Highly Commended in the Outstanding Learner Award category, supported by the Learning and Skills Council, which recognises learners who overcome difficulties to succeed and have inspired others to use learndirect.
Senior Tutor Matthew Phillips was Highly Commended in the learndirect Learner Support Award category, which recognises learndirect staff and tutors who have provided outstanding customer care and tutor support for their learners.
Centre Manager Ann Paisley and Senior Literacy Tutor Sandra Parkes were Runners Up in this category.
